Ownership
Travia is a commercial product wholly owned and operated by Travia Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("Travia"). All software, source code, application programming interfaces, the booking engine and metasearch technology, the user interface, visual design, layouts, graphics, copy, photography, databases and all other content and materials on this platform are the exclusive property of Travia and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership or license rights are transferred to you by using the platform.
Limited Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Travia platform as an end user, solely to search for and book travel through Travia. Businesses and partners may use the platform only under an active, Travia-issued partner or developer agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Restrictions
Except with Travia's prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, frame or mirror any part of the platform, its user interface, design or code;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, index or bulk-export any content, pricing, inventory or data by any automated means;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, design or algorithms of the platform;
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or distribute the platform or any component as a standalone or white-label product;
- Use Travia's data, search results or design to build, train or operate a competing product or model;
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
Trademarks
"Travia", the Travia logo and all related names, marks and slogans are trademarks of Travia Travels Pvt. Ltd. They may not be used without Travia's prior written permission.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Travia platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travia shall not be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from use of the platform.
